If a repair is needed out of office hours, please try our mobile number 07730 59 09 12 or one of the emergency tradesman below.  Some properties have maintenance contracts in place for repairs and they should be your first call if any issues arise.


Most boiler issues are simple to resolve, such as pressure or a frozen condensate pipe and can be done by referring to the boiler manual. If you do not have a copy of your manual, you can find a copy here https://www.freeboilermanuals.com/.


If you have a water leak, your first action should turn the mains water off.

Tradesman and material availability is in short supply; therefore, repairs are taking longer than expected.  Some repairs will not be completed until the next working day if parts are required or even longer where parts are to be ordered.  Please be mindful of this when trying to arrange a repair.  We are trying our utmost to have repairs completed in a timely fashion.
