We do not charge tenants additional fees to secure or find them properties.

All our properties require a first months rent in advance and a deposit to a month's value.

At GBS Lets, we adhere to deposit regulations by lodging tenant deposits with Safe Deposit Scotland.

Some of our landlords are happy with our in house referencing; however, some of our clients may require credit checks and guarantors. 

We have a bank of tradesman who is available for emergency repairs so our tenants are always assured of a speedy resolution to any issue which may arise.
